Do I need a paid Riffla plan?

No. Any Riffla account can connect, including the free plan. The Company Brain, your leads, drafts and sequences all work from Claude. Searching the professional database and revealing contact details use your workspace's credits, the same way they do in the dashboard.

Which Claude plans and apps does this work with?

Claude on the web, the desktop and mobile apps, Claude Code and Cowork, on the plans where Anthropic offers connectors. A team or enterprise owner may have to add the connector once; every member then signs in to Riffla themselves.

Exactly what you can see in Riffla, no more. A workspace admin sees the whole workspace; a member sees their own leads, searches and sequences. Credits are shared by the workspace. Claude receives this data only when you ask it to do something that needs it.

Can Claude send messages for me?

No, and that is deliberate. Claude drafts; you review and send in Riffla, or let a sequence you designed carry it. Adding a lead to a sequence from Claude only uses a sequence you already built and checks the Contact Guard first.

In Claude, remove the Riffla connector. In Riffla, open AI agent, Assistants, Connected assistants and press Disconnect; a workspace admin can disconnect any member's assistant. Either way the connection stops working at once. Riffla stores only a one-way hash of the connection's tokens.

Is this the same as the Riffla Agent?

The Riffla Agent writes your outreach and handles replies inside Riffla. Connecting Claude gives the AI you already use the same hands: the same Company Brain, Contact Guard, credits and sequences, from a conversation. You can use either or both.

If you see a Riffla sign-in but no Allow button, your account may not have verified its email yet: finish that first. Riffla staff accounts cannot connect. Still stuck? In Claude, open Customize and choose Connectors. On a team or enterprise plan the owner of the Claude account adds it once; everyone then signs in themselves.

Search for Riffla in the directory and press Connect. Not listed yet in your Claude? Press Add custom connector, name it Riffla and paste this address:

A Riffla window opens. Sign in if it asks, read what Claude is asking for, and press Allow. Back in Claude, Riffla is connected.

You stay in control

Send a message. Every draft is saved in Riffla for your review; sending happens in Riffla, on your terms.
Delete anything. There is no tool that removes a lead, a sequence or knowledge.
Reach another workspace. Claude acts as the member who connected it, with exactly that member's access, re-checked on every call.
Spend credits silently. Searching the database and revealing contact details cost credits, and Claude is told to say so first.

Yours, read on request

Claude receives the leads, Company Brain text, drafts and replies your own Riffla account can see, only when you ask it to do something that needs them. What Claude does with that information is governed by Anthropic's own policies, not Riffla's.

Riffla stores what Claude saves, such as leads, knowledge, drafts and enrolments, in your workspace exactly as if you had typed it in the dashboard, and keeps only a one-way hash of the connection's tokens. Disconnect at any time from Claude, or in Riffla under AI agent, Assistants.

Searching the professional database costs one credit per page of results and revealing a contact's email one credit each; everything else is free. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
